RCL Building Services commence major roof refurbishment for UK Steel Enterprises.

The Cardiff Bay Business Centre based in Lewis Road, Ocean Park and managed by UK Steel Enterprise is receiving a major roof refurbishment of Block M on the business park undertaken by leading Chester based construction company – RCL Building Services.

UK Steel Enterprise was the first organisation to introduce the managed workspace concept into steel areas. It provides office and workshop accommodation in a wide range of different-sized units and offers alongside them a variety of business support services.

These include manned reception areas, digital telecom systems, meeting rooms, parking facilities, switchboard, post handling, photocopying, 24 hour access and advanced security systems, to name just a few.

The M Block is just one of many premises within the organisation’s business centre in Cardiff Bay.

RCL Building Services has provided building maintenance support to UK Steel Enterprise over several years and this latest refurbishment will see the extensive roofing area of the M Block renewed backed by a 10 year guarantee.
